Where are you located?

While our address is 520 1st Ave S, Suite 2, St. James, MN, the studio entrance is located on the Armstrong Blvd side of the Thrivent building in St James.

What do I need to bring to class?

Water! It is important to stay hydrated.  There is tap water available to use, but you should be bringing your own water bottle.
A positive attitude 😃
As you progress through the program there will be additional gear to bring, but, as a beginner, those are the basics.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

If it is your first time joining us, wear modest comfortable work out clothes.  Avoid clothing with zippers or anything that might cause injury to a sparing/grappling partner.  Jewelry should also be removed during sparing/grappling.
As a member, you will receive a uniform to use during Taekwondo class.
